PRIVACY NOTICE
Launch list
This page asks for an email address so we can tell you when Kingdom Logic software is ready. It does not create an account, and it does not collect the footage, transcripts, or project files described in the privacy notice for the Ezra application.
1. Who this notice covers
You, if you join the list. For that email address, Kingdom Logic is a business (a controller under some laws). This notice describes what we do with it.
The list is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit someone else’s address.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The theme switch on this site stores “dark” or “light” in your browser only. That preference is not sent to us and is not tied to your email.
3. Where the address goes
The form sends your email address to Kit, Inc. (“Kit”), the service that stores this list and sends the mail. Kit sends you a message asking you to confirm. You are not on the list until you confirm.
Kit’s own privacy policy describes how Kit treats its creator customers. It does not govern subscribers on a creator’s list. For your address, Kit acts as our service provider (a processor) under Kit’s Data Processing Addendum: Kit stores and sends on our instructions, and does not use the list for Kit’s own marketing.
Kingdom Logic and Kit are in the United States, and the list is processed there. If you submit an address from elsewhere, you understand it will be processed in the United States.
4. What we send
Launch updates about Kingdom Logic software, and the confirmation message required to join. Each message has a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell the list, and we do not add you to a different company’s list.
5. How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing removes you from further launch mail. A deletion request to legal@kingdomlogic.io removes the address from the Kit list we control.
6. Your choices
- Do not submit the form. Nothing is stored if you do not.
- Ignore the confirmation message. An unconfirmed address is not treated as a subscriber.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any message we send.
7. Your privacy rights
If you live in California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and Maryland), you have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising.
Because we do not sell this information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, that opt-out is already in effect.
To make a request, email legal@kingdomlogic.io from the address you submitted. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires, and we will not discriminate against you for asking. You may appeal a refusal by replying to our response.
8. Security
The form is submitted over an encrypted connection to Kit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes
We will revise the “Last updated” date when this notice changes. If we start using the list for something other than launch updates, or we add a new category of recipient, we will say so here before that change applies to addresses already collected.
